What reaches us when Vibedata runs in your own cloud subscription.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Vibedata is operated by Accelerate Data Pte. Ltd. (“Accelerate Data”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies when you deploy Vibedata from Microsoft Marketplace into your own Azure subscription.

Customer data

Vibedata processes customer data within your Azure subscription. That data stays in your subscription; Accelerate Data does not receive it.

Billing and usage records

When a deployment is created, a credit pack is granted, or a private-offer key is unlocked, the deployment reports the event to us and Microsoft reports the same event. We reconcile the two reports so our billing record matches Microsoft’s. At provisioning, the deployment also asks us for its Starter Pack and default pack size.

We use commercial events for billing reconciliation and as evidence in a billing dispute. We do not use them for product analytics. We retain commercial events and provisioning requests for seven years after the applicable subscription or customer relationship ends, unless a longer period is required for an active dispute, investigation or legal proceeding.

Once a day, the deployment writes a usage record to immutable storage in your deployment's resource group in your Azure subscription. The record contains intent identifiers and credit counts. It contains no prompts, code or customer data. The daily record supports billing reconciliation and provides evidence in a billing dispute that neither side can alter. The daily flush bounds the period under review to one day. The records are retained according to the retention configuration applied within your subscription.

We do not access the daily usage records, except to resolve a billing or legal dispute with you. During such a dispute, you make the relevant records available to us in the resource group, as reasonably required to resolve the dispute, and do not delete, alter, withhold or otherwise obstruct access to them until the dispute is resolved. Our read access to the managed resource group, described below, does not extend to these records outside such a dispute.

Each credit pack granted also sends one usage event to Microsoft for billing. It contains the deployment's resource ID, the quantity and the time. It contains no prompts, code or customer data.

Access to your deployment

Named Accelerate Data engineers have read access to the managed resource group. Any wider access uses a just-in-time request that you approve and is limited to the approved window.

Deployment contacts and support

When you deploy or ask to be contacted, Microsoft shares with us the contact details you provide. We use them to administer and support your deployment and to respond to your Marketplace inquiries. We do not use them for marketing unless you consent. We keep those details in Attio, our customer relationship management system; see Attio’s privacy statement.

We retain contact details as follows:

  • Active customer contacts: while the customer relationship continues.
  • Former customer and support contacts: typically 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless the information must be retained with contractual records.
  • Contract and evidence records that contain contact details: up to seven years, limited to the information necessary for that purpose.
  • Marketing suppression records: enough information to ensure that an unsubscribe or objection is not accidentally reversed.

Some of the records described above, such as deployment identifiers, resource identifiers, timestamps and aggregate credit quantities, may not constitute personal data where they do not identify an individual.

Where we process personal data to administer a deployment, provide support, reconcile billing, maintain transaction records or resolve disputes, we process it as necessary for those purposes and under the applicable legal grounds available under data-protection law. These may include consent or deemed consent, legitimate interests, contractual necessity and compliance with legal obligations, depending on the information and applicable law.

We do not rely on consent where processing is necessary for billing, accounting or defending legal claims.

Microsoft’s processing

Microsoft’s own processing is governed by Microsoft’s privacy statement, not this page.
