Vibedata is operated by Accelerate Data Pte. Ltd. (“Accelerate Data”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to getvibedata.ai and the Vibedata sandbox.

Information we collect

We may collect:

information you provide through forms, such as your name, email address, company and message;
your email address and preferences if you subscribe to email updates;
information provided by GitHub when you sign in, according to the permissions you approve;
information required to operate and secure your sandbox account;
content you provide or generate in the sandbox, including prompts, uploaded files, repository contents, source code, generated outputs and related execution data; and
limited technical and usage information about how you use our website and sandbox.

The sandbox is an evaluation environment. You must not submit personal or production data, credentials, API keys, tokens, certificates, or other restricted material to it. See our Sandbox Terms for details.

How we use your information

We use this information to:

provide and manage access to the Vibedata sandbox;
operate the sandbox and process work you request;
respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
send email updates you have requested;
operate, secure and improve Vibedata; and
comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers to process information on our behalf, including:

Attio for contact and customer relationship management;
Cal.com for meeting scheduling;
Resend for email communications and mailing lists;
PostHog for website and product analytics;
Vercel Web Analytics for website analytics;
GitHub for authentication;
Microsoft Azure for sandbox infrastructure; and
third-party AI model providers used to process sandbox requests.

Sandbox content may be transmitted to AI model providers as required to perform the work you request. Our Sandbox Terms describe how sandbox content is handled.

These providers may process information outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection for transferred personal data.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or to meet legal requirements.

Sandbox content and operational data may also be retained as described in our Sandbox Terms.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use.
